The Global Accounts Receivables team is a part of the Enterprise Platforms Center of Excellence (COE). The team plays a key role in the development of New Card Products, Benefit Programs, Lending and Commerce initiatives that help grow revenue, deepen customer engagement and increase member value. Core to our purpose is reimagining the platform solution-delivery model to dramatically improve our strategic agility, speed to market, effectiveness of delivery and transparency. We are in charge of the core engine that delivers enhancements to customer journeys associated with transaction posting, billing, payments and other crucial Accounts Receivables capabilities.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with stakeholders and engineers to understand and prioritize product features across platforms/products
- Translate and communicate product roadmap into a product backlog of well-defined features with the appropriate acceptance criteria
- Review existing products and workflows for modernization opportunities
- Use analytical abilities and strategic perspective to identify trends & recommend solutions that will help improve user experience
- Communicate and build consensus across multiple departments and partners in creating the software product and platform requirements
- Partner with other product and technology teams to develop, test and deliver the defined capabilities and rapidly iterate new solutions
- Ensure that the appropriate tracking and reporting is in place to monitor performance post launch in order to evaluate future investment
- Perform Demos and Launch Announcements with key team members to demonstrate success and metrics of improvement
Minimum Qualifications:
- University Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field (or has equivalent work experience) preferred
- 2+ years experience in Product Management (or technical business analysis) with consistent track record in defining winning product constructs and delivering a product vision and strategy
- Experience with software development lifecycle, Agile Scrum, BDD
- Previous knowledge and experience with delivering at scale are a valuable asset
- Familiarity with one or more modern programming languages and software architecture patterns preferred
- Knowledge and experience of lending and/or accounts receivable preferred
